Description:  One of our Ayurvedic blends, this blend is rather sweet naturally and is intended to help calm. Our first version of our Throat Blend had vata in it; now we have three versions of the throat blend, each with one of the three ayurvedic blends in it. Vata tends to be best hot but definitely also works as an iced tea.

Ingredients:   Licorice, coriander, cinnamon, ginger, anise and mallow blossoms.

Amount: 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 ounces
