We use this tea maker for any of our to go teas and for making iced teas. You can also make a tea concentrate with it to make a gallon of tea at a time. It is essentially a gravity brewer.  *Helpful tip: clean the infuser screen by popping it out with the side of your index finger and scrub both sides of it and under it with a dishwashing brush. Run hot soapy water through device, followed by non-soapy water. Doing this after each use will prevent the tannins from clogging it and greatly decreasing the flow of tea.
