With tender, hand-rolled tea leaves, this green tea has beautiful jasmine blossoms in it. These pearls easily make for multiple infusions- as many as 6-8 times. Re-steeps are done by adding more of the same temperature hot water and set a time for about 25-30% longer than your last steep time, for example: if you steeped the tea for 3 mins the first time, the first re-steep will be 3.9 mins and the next re-steep will be just over 5 mins, etc. Use this as a guide only and steep it in a way that you enjoy the taste!
