Description:  One of our Ayurvedic blends, this herbal tisane brings the heat and is quite stimulating. Can be drank hot or cold. In our shop, some of our customers enjoy having a bit of this blend added to other teas.

Amount: 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 ounces
